Concrete crusher plant processing

The large pieces of concrete in the hopper are fed into PE jaw crusher by ZSW vibrating feeder. The concrete being coarsely crushed by the jaw crusher will be transferred to PF impact crusher or PY cone crusher to receive the fine crushing. The materials after being crushed by the cone crusher will be transferred to YK circular vibrating screen to get the needed granularity. The granularity that can meet the requirement of customers can be discharged through the screen, while the left concrete will be sent back to be crushed again until the size is appropriate. Besides, the granularity can be adjusted according to the distinct requirements of customers. What’s more, the auxiliary device can be added on the crushing plant to prevent the environment from polluting.
